Alexander Inguanzo
With over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and cybersecurity, Alexander Inguanzo founded CodeRelay to bridge the gap between accessible tech support and enterprise-level expertise. A graduate in Cybersecurity and Network Administration, Alex holds multiple CompTIA certifications including Cloud+ and has built his reputation on solving complex problems with a calm, analytical approach.
Alex’s professional background spans everything from home automation and secure Wi-Fi deployment to business-class VPNs and firewall configuration. He’s worked hands-on with residential clients, startups, and regional businesses, often going beyond expectations to simplify technology for people who depend on it daily.
His work is grounded in trust, transparency, and technical integrity. Whether he’s setting up a multi-VLAN network or resolving a critical outage, Alex is known for his attention to detail, friendly communication, and dedication to long-term system health.
Outside of the IT world, Alex enjoys snowboarding, exploring nature, and studying how systems both digital and human can connect and evolve. His mission with CodeRelay is simple: make technology reliable, secure, and accessible to everyone.
Christie Baca
A recent graduate with an Associates in Computer Information Systems and 2 years of IT experience, Christie is a jack of all trades. She is CodeRelay's resident web design and development expert, with experience and knowledge in search engine optimization (SEO), web security, and web design best practices.
Christie leads the integration team and provides comprehensive end-user training to help support business operations and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies. Christie focuses on results and helps businesses improve their digital footprint and streamline internal operations through design and expert implementation.
Shea Peters
I am a student at Central Oregon Community College pursuing a degree in General Computer Information Systems. With a growing interest in technology and digital systems, I am building a strong foundation in IT, programming, and data management.
Passionate about problem-solving and continuous learning, I aim to apply my skills in real-world environments and am eager to explore opportunities in cyber-security, software, or systems analysis.
Nick Thompson
At CodeRelay, I serve as a cybersecurity and database specialist, helping our clients safeguard their data and maintain resilient, high-performance systems. My role focuses on securing network infrastructure, monitoring for threats, and implementing best practices in data management and access control. I also support clients with database optimization, backup strategies, and compliance requirements, ensuring both security and reliability across their IT environments.
Outside of work, I’m an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, hiking, and hunting—activities that help me recharge and stay grounded. I also dedicate time to staying current with the latest developments in cybersecurity, whether it’s through training, research, or testing tools in my home lab. Balancing nature and technology keeps me sharp and ready to tackle the evolving challenges in today’s IT landscape.
